Overview
Intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a new type of water meter which uses modern microelectronic technology and modern sensing technology to measure water consumption, transfer water data and settle transactions. It has made great progress compared with the traditional water meter, which only has the functions of flow collection and mechanical pointer to display water consumption. It adopts the latest international DSP processing technology, which is specialized for water customers to measure the medium flow in the pipeline. The product is highly integrated with the water system, which can realize many functions such as accurate measurement, data upload, abnormal alarm and remote transmission. It is the best alternative to the traditional water meter and will be one of the leading products of water measurement in the future. It can output (4 ~ 20) MA current signal and pulse signal to detect, accumulate, adjust and control the flow.
Feature
Intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter technology comes from electromagnetic flowmeter, so it has inherent advantages compared with traditional mechanical water meter in metering performance. Its main features are as follows:
(1) High measurement accuracy level, small starting flow and large range ratio;
(2) The flow surface in the pipe is large, the pressure loss is lower, the water transmission electric energy is saved, and the power cost of water supply is reduced;
(3) The part in contact with the measured water flow has no movable parts, and the metering performance is stable;
(4) It has the functions of data recording, storage, query and alarm, and the data can be traced;
(5) Stainless steel or other alloy body, IP68 protection grade, easy installation and maintenance;
(6) Generally, lithium battery is used for power supply, and the power supply time can reach more than 5 years. It can continue to be used after replacing the battery;
(7) It can be equipped with built-in data transmission module to directly upload the data platform

Installation
(1) The diameter of the water meter shall be selected according to the diameter of the installed pipeline and the common flow;
(2) The water meter shall be installed horizontally with the surface facing upward, and the arrow direction on the meter case shall be the same as the direction of water flow. The installation position shall avoid exposure, flooding, freezing and pollution, and facilitate disassembly and maintenance. For the newly installed pipeline, the sand, gravel, hemp wire and other sundries in the pipeline must be cleaned before installing the water meter, so as to avoid the failure of the water meter;
(3) In order to facilitate disassembly and maintenance, valves shall be installed upstream and downstream of the water meter, and all valves shall be opened during use;
(4) Necessary straight pipe sections or their equivalent rectifiers shall be installed upstream and downstream of the water meter. The length of the upstream straight pipe section shall not be less than 10d and the length of the downstream straight pipe section shall not be less than 5D (D is the nominal diameter of the water meter). For eddy current caused by elbow or centrifugal pump, rectifier must be installed in front of straight pipe section;
(5) When installing the water meter, pay attention that the water outlet of the downstream pipeline of the water meter is more than 0.5m higher than the water meter, so as to prevent incorrect measurement due to insufficient pipes in the pipeline;
(6) The water meter has excellent anti blocking performance, but it is sensitive to silt and weeds in the pipeline, so it should be avoided as much as possible during use. If there is silt and weeds in the pipeline, it shall be cleaned in time, otherwise it will affect the normal measurement of the water meter.
