Overview

    A float moves up in vertical measuring table according to fluid dynamics acting for float flowmeter HT50.The float displacement is in proportion to flow rate between float and orifice.Local display is a pointer from .It is able to have standard signal with rotary angle for electric signal or pnumatic transmitter for pneumatic signal. So that it is used with unit-complsed meter.

Seriable HT50 flowmeter have advanced characteristic,such as simple construction,easy maintains,Liner Scale and reliable operating.And it could measure flow rate for liquids and gases.

The flowmeter with uper and lower limite alarms could use in the control system.

Principle

The serices HT50 flowmeter consists essentially of three basic parts:

the metering tubthe tapered float

the indicator.

The flow rate determines the position of the   float,the meter float is in dynamic balance,when the difference between the weight of the float and the weight of the displaced fluid equals the upward pressure resulting from the fluid velocity through    the meter .The annular area between the tapered float and the tube increases until the upward and downward forces are in dynamic balance.

Since the position of the float in the metering tube can not be seen,an indicator isrequired,this indicator employs a magnetic coupling where a magnet follows the position of the float .The float encase  an AlNICO-transmitting magnet with two follower magnets arranged in parallel on the indicator shaft.

Installation

The pipe is cleared before installation.We recommend to install magnet fi lter up he instrument.

You should take out stuffi ng for fi xing pointer. 

The central line of instrument must be straight line with pipe line.The angle be tween pipe line and central line of instrument is not exceading 20. 

The instrument diameter is the same with pipe diameter and straight pipe H in strument & L instrument should be times meter’s diameter and 250mm. 

There are not any steal-magnet materials around the meter. 

We recommend install a valve at output fl ow for gas measurement. 

When there is stress, you should add supporter at front and behind instrument. 

When installing instrument lining PTFE, the press force should not over-light. 

LCD display should avoid straight light. 

When low temperature,need steam jacket.
