Overview

    The integrated pressure transmitter is a supporting product of the wireless monitoring system for fluid pressure monitoring. It is suitable for pressure monitoring of the production, storage and transportation process of oil and water wells, monitoring of tap water pipe network, telemetry of water conservancy and hydropower, pressure detection of gas pipeline, liquid level detection of rivers, lakes and seas, etc. It adopts micro power consumption wireless communication mode, without wiring, the installation is faster, safe and convenient. The standard pressure measurement signal can be conveniently connected to the measurement and control system through wireless Ethernet transmission, which has a wide range of applications. It can directly send data to the specified IP server. Support private servers and public servers. OPC reading data is supported.

Installation

1. Confirm that the measurement range required by the process is consistent with the range of the transmitter to be installed.

2. The joint thread specification of process installation must be matched with the transmitter.

3. To install the pressure transmitter on the pipeline, first close the valve (needle valve or gate valve) on the pipeline ready to install the pressure transmitter, and then there are two installation methods: (1) screw the transmitter directly into the upper port of the valve( 2) Screw the union or adapter into the upper port of the valve, and then screw the transmitter into the upper port of the union or adapter. This installation method adjusts the direction by adding the union or adapter. After installation, open the needle valve and confirm that there is no leakage, that is, the installation is qualified.
